Background: PhD in Physics with an emphasis on dilute-nitride epitaxy at the Philipps University of Marburg, Germany. Joined Akzo Nobel HPMO as an Epitaxy Specialist in 2002.
Based in Marburg, Germany Jörg is engaged in Epitaxy related R&D and is responsible for sales management and market support in Europe, Middle East, India, Africa, and Asia Pacific regions.

Dr. Ping Gong - Technical Marketing Manager- China, Singapore, and Taiwan
Background: PhD in Opto-Electronic Materials at Xian Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Has spent over 7 years at IQE (formerly EPI), a leading supplier of epitaxial wafers, and as such has a wealth of hands-on MOCVD growth experience across a very diverse range of both GaAs and InP based compound semiconductors devices. Joined Akzo Nobel HPMO in 2005.
Based in Shanghai, China, Ping is responsible for market support for China, Singapore, and Taiwan.

Al Knight - Sales Manager - Americas
Background: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Joined Akzo Nobel in 1988 as an account manager for Polymer Chemicals. Joined the HPMO group in 2000.
Based in Castro Valley, California, Al is responsible for sales management in North, South, and Central America and the Caribbean.

Backgound: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Foreign
Background: Served as production and process development manager for HPMO during 2003 to 2005. Joined Akzo Nobel as R&D engineer in 1991. Based in our Deer Park, Texas, USA manufacturing plant. Responsible for providing technical support on product quality and bubbler technologies for all HPMO customers. Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
